Membership is two easy steps:

Fill out the application below for review, then pay applicable annual fee(s) once approved by the Board of Directors. Membership is subject to board approval.

Annual Membership and/or Sponsorship is July 1-June 30.

Sponsor and Membership fees billed and collected annually. Cost ranges from $300 for to $1300 depending on the size of your business; see form below.

Dues will be prorated upon the date of membership activation. No refunds will be given on annual membership.

Level 1: Individuals and Retirees (0 employees) $300
Level 2: Sole Proprietorships and Single Member LLC businesses (0 employees) $450
Level 3: Small Employer Businesses (1-5 employees) $700
Level 4: Medium Employer Businesses (6-19 employees) $1000
Level 5: Large Employer Businesses (20+ employees) $1300
